ADS ON DISC: -- We can accept CD or ZIP disks (100 MB only).

Ads must be created in Quark, Illustrator or Photoshop, and exported as an .eps or .tiff file. We do NOT have Freehand, Pagemaker, Powerpoint, or Corel Draw. Most programs have the ability to save artwork as an ".eps" file. If you create an ad in Freehand, Pagemaker or Corel Draw, please save the file as an .eps file with a preview included. (You must first convert all text fonts to outlines and inbed any .eps images.) Please include any supporting files, such as:

-Photos and logos must be in in .tiff or .eps format (300-305 dpi, CMYK or grayscale).

-Fonts should be in in Mac. fonts only. NPC fonts do not work on Macs. Postcript fonts only.

-A laser of the ad should be mailed to us, or a copy proof if the ad is in color. It is very important that we know if what we see on screen is exactly what you are expecting to see in the magazine.

Let us know if we should release straight from disc or if you would like to see a laser from us first for comparison purposes. We also ask that you send us files with names that have NO dashes or "special characters;" letters only.

Ads through e-mail: We cannot normally accept any materials via e-mail aside from pure text. If that's the only way you can send the material, we cannot guarantee accurate reproduction.
