ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Invoices are due and payable within 30 days from the invoice days, unless other arrangements have been made between publisher and advertiser. Invoices will be mailed as soon as the issue(s) contracted for are being shipped to subscribers and magazine dealers/distributors. Any advertiser with an invoice 60 days old will not be allowed to run in future issues until the delinquent balance is paid in full. If an account has more than one unpaid invoice, all cash received will be applied to the oldest invoice first. All delinquent accounts are assessed and turned over to a collection agency at or after 90 days from the invoice date. The advertiser agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney's fees incurred as a result of our collection efforts on the advertiser's delinquent balance. Cancellations are not accepted after space-closing date. Frequency Discounts: Advertising must be inserted in sequential issues to earn frequency rates. Loss of credit due to account delinquency may affect frequency rates. An advertiser who does not complete a committed schedule will be subject to a short-rate. An advertiser with increased frequency during a contract year will be pro-rated or issued a credit. Advertiser does not have to pay for all insertions contracted for at one time; ads will be billed on a per-issue basis. Advertising rates are subject to change. Publisher will notify contract advertisers 60 days prior to rate change. All contracts accepted are subject to these conditions. All advertising is subject to Publisher's approval and agreements by the advertiser to indemnify and protect the Publisher from loss or expense on suits or claims based upon the subject matter of such advertisement. Publisher reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason. In the event of such cancellation, or in the event that the advertiser's advertising does not appear for any reason in any issue contracted for, neither party shall be liable for any loss/damages incurred by either party. |
